1. Educational activity in the Private Joint-Stock Company “Higher Educational Institution “Interregional Academy of Personnel Management” (hereinafter Interregional Academy of Personnel Management) is carried out in accordance with the license of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
2. The admission rules were developed by the Admissions Committee of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (MAUP) (hereinafter referred to as the Admissions Committee) in accordance with the Admission Procedure for higher education in 2022, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated April 27, 2022 No. 392 (from as amended by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated May 2, 2022 No. 400) and registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 3, 2022 under No. 487/37823.
3. The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management announces recruitment for the training of specialists with higher education in specialties and degrees of higher education in accordance with the license (table 7), including in separate structural divisions (appendix 2): Vinnytsia Institute, Volyn Institute named after Vyacheslav Lipinskyi, Dnipro Institute, Donetsk Institute, Zhytomyr Institute, West Donbas Institute, Central Ukrainian Institute, Luhansk Institute, Lviv Institute, Mariupol Institute, Odesa Institute, Danube Branch, Mykhailo Hrushevskyi Precarpathian Institute, Severodonetsk Institute, Kharshiv Institute, Kherson Institute, Khmelnytsky Institute named after Blessed Volodymyr, Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine, Chernihiv Institute named after Heroes of Krut, Yagotyn Institute.
4. Citizens of Ukraine and foreigners who have the appropriate educational (educational and qualification) level and have expressed a desire to obtain higher education are admitted to the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. Foreigners and stateless persons, including Ukrainians living abroad permanently in Ukraine, persons recognized as refugees, and persons in need of additional protection have the right to obtain higher education on an equal basis with citizens of Ukraine.
5. Admission to studies is carried out within the limits of the licensed volume for each level of higher education and specialty. Exceeding the licensed volume is allowed in cases provided for by the legislation a6o by court decision. Admission to study for the second and subsequent courses is carried out within the limits of vacancies places of licensed volume. Information on accredited educational programs is available on the website of the Academy (http://maup.com.ua/ua/pro-akademiyu/dostup-do-publichnoi-informacii/licenzuvannya-ta-akredaciya.html). Resumption of students’ education is allowed in excess of the licensed volume in the case of continuation of education of persons who took a break in education for reasons determined by law, as well as in cases provided for by law a6o by court decision.
6. The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management creates consultation centers at admission commissions to assist applicants in submitting applications in electronic form. Entrants can apply to such consultation centers of any higher educational institution for the purpose of creating an electronic office, submitting an application in electronic form.
7. Admission to the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management for all levels of higher education is carried out by competition.
8. Applicants and students who need accommodation in a dormitory must submit: an application for accommodation, a copy of a passport, a study contract.
